I'm a South Florida native with over a decade of boots-on-the-ground experience in construction project management and community association management across Miami-Dade and Broward County.

I started DRXL because I kept seeing the same gap — owners and associations lacking the technical representation needed to hold contractors, engineers, architects, and consultants accountable. Decisions get made without the right oversight, budgets drift, and schedules slip. DRXL exists to close that gap.

My background spans field-level project management, licensed community association management, and years coordinating architects, engineers, and legal counsel on capital improvement projects throughout South Florida. I understand how this market actually works — the contractors, the permitting timelines, and the pressures boards face every day.
